Early-access terms

These terms describe the current free private beta. Final commercial terms, governing-law details, and the operating legal entity must be published before paid or broad availability. Do not rely on this beta for production-critical or regulated work.

1. Beta scope

Manifoldone connects Claude Code and Codex sessions on an assisted Remote Host to checkpoint, recovery, same-session member execution, review, checkpoint branching, and Git-action surfaces. Local sessions and Grok local compatibility remain secondary capabilities. Features may change, fail, or be withdrawn during early access. macOS builds are currently not Apple-notarized.

2. Your accounts and providers

You are responsible for your Manifoldone account, devices, repository access, and separate provider accounts. Manifoldone does not sell or replace a Claude, OpenAI, or xAI subscription. Provider terms and usage charges continue to apply.

3. Collaboration and execution identity

Invite only people you trust. A workspace member may submit commands to the Remote Host's server-side Agent identity; a viewer may not. The credential is not sent to the member client, and every command records both requester and execution identity. The Remote Host administrator must use a provider/account class whose terms permit this delegated service model. Keep important work committed to version control and revoke access promptly when it is no longer needed.

4. Your content

You retain responsibility for content and code you use with the service. You must have permission to share it with invited collaborators and third-party agent providers. Do not use Manifoldone to violate law, access systems without authorization, distribute malware, or expose credentials.

5. Data and security

The current data flow, optional analytics, static-page hosting, support requests, and deletion controls are described in Data & privacy. Never submit secrets in support or analytics fields.

6. Availability and liability boundary

The free beta is provided as available, without a service-level commitment or warranty. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Manifoldone is not responsible for lost work, provider output, interrupted sessions, or indirect loss arising from beta use. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Ending participation

You may stop using the beta at any time. Signed-in users can delete an eligible account from the web profile; ownership of shared projects must first be transferred or collaborators removed. Manifoldone may suspend access for security, abuse, or operational risk.

8. Contact

Use the support request form for account, privacy, security, or beta questions. Material changes to these terms will update the effective date above.
