Private beta terms
Manifoldone is an early-access service for teams using Codex and Claude Code in a shared web workspace. These terms apply to the free private beta. Do not rely on the beta for production-critical or regulated work.
1. Beta scope
The service provides Workspace, Project, Task, and Session collaboration with Host-owner-authorized execution delegated by Workspace administrators. Features may change, be unavailable, or be withdrawn during the beta. Results, previews, Pages, GitHub, and Vercel capabilities vary and may be limited. Viewing work does not automatically publish or deploy it.
2. Accounts and provider costs
You are responsible for your Manifoldone account and for complying with the terms of any Codex, Claude Code, repository, or other third-party account used with the service. Manifoldone does not sell or replace provider subscriptions. Provider usage charges are separate and are billed by the provider.
3. Workspaces and collaborators
Invite only people you trust and grant access only to the Projects and Tasks they need. Workspace administrators delegate approved execution access; Host owners authorize and maintain provider profiles. Members must use the service only within their authorization. You are responsible for removing access when it is no longer needed.
4. Your content and conduct
You remain responsible for the code and other content you provide or create, and for having permission to share it with collaborators and providers. Do not use the service to break the law, access systems without authorization, distribute malware, or expose credentials.
5. Security and data
The current service data flow is described on the Data & privacy page. Take care when sharing files or results with collaborators. Never put passwords, provider credentials, or access tokens into prompts, files intended for sharing, or support forms. Data & privacy.
6. Availability and liability
The free beta is provided as available, without a service-level commitment or warranty. Keep independent copies of important work. To the extent allowed by law, Manifoldone is not responsible for lost work, provider output, interruptions, or indirect loss from beta use. These terms do not limit rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
7. Ending participation
You may stop using the beta at any time. Manifoldone may suspend access where reasonably needed for security, abuse prevention, or service operation. Account deletion may require transfer of Projects shared with other members.
8. Changes and contact
These terms apply to the free private beta. Final commercial terms, governing-law details, and the operating legal entity must be published before paid or broad availability. Material changes will update the effective date. Contact us through the support request form with questions. support form.
